So here it is:
iPad Mini pricing starts with 16GB, $329.
The iPad 2 will cost $399.
iPad 4th generation is $499.
iPad Mini Shipping / Availability Schedule
The new iPad mini is available for pre-order this Friday, Wifi versions ship a week later, cellular ships two weeks later first in US, then around the world (hard to be clear on exact dates here).
