Horses & Bayonets are a big issue tonight in the Presidential debate tonight, but what the bigger issue of whether or not Apple will announce an iPad Mini?  During the first debate, the biggest social buzz was “Big Bird“.  Already, there’s massive social movement on the phrase “horses and bayonets”, which President Obama referenced when talking about the fact that our Navy has fewer ships since 1917.
