Leaked images of iPhone 5 dock connectors are now out in the open as we get to within 30 days (September 12th, 2012) of the anticipated news event where Apple will announce their next generation iPhone. The leaked images were first seen on the French news site Nowhereelse.fr on Friday, and confirm that Apple is in fact ready to move away from the traditional dock connector design of the previous iPhone models. The leaked iPhone 5 dock connector images show a 9 pin configuration, versus the traditional 30 pin configuration. Again, September 12th is the expected date for Apple’s iPhone 5 news conference.
