And here we go… Apple is having to face customer complaints over WiFi connectivity issues with their newest device – the new iPad. With an internal AppleCare document being published by 9to5Mac, new light is being shed on poor WiFi performance in some of the new iPad models. Customers claim that in places where strong WiFi signals abound, as proven by other people’s devices and signal strength, the new iPad is showing weak WiFi signals. Compared to the overall sales volume of the new iPad, the complaints are comparatively small. Nonetheless, Apple has issued instructions to all Apple Stores to ‘capture’ and replace all affected new iPad models.
