Vimeo, the popular video site that is, well… a good alternative to YouTube, has released it’s much anticipated native apps for both the iPhone and iPad.  The Vimeo iPad app brings you all the videos you love to watch on Vimeo, and formatted specifically for the iPad.

The Vimeo iPad app is, however, not everything you’d expect from the video sharing site.  According to a review recently published by PC World, the app frequently crashed. Can’t import audio tracks that are already on your iPad into your created videos. Less mainstream entertainment sources than YouTube. No slideshow-only clips allowed.
