Two New iPads Coming To Compete With Kindle Fire

Looking at the Kindle Fire sales during the month of December, which reports that Amazon sold 1 million Fire’s per week, it only makes sense that Apple is planning to launch a response to the popular Amazon tablet.  And that response could be here as soon as the end of January with two new iPad models.  According to DigitTimes, Apple is expected to announce two new iPads at iWorld which is scheduled for January 26, 2012, according to sources at its supply chain partners.  The new iPad models are not expected to be in the 7 inch size range however.  Instead, Apple is expected to release the same 9.7 inch iPad size as the iPad 2, but within a price range that hovers around the $200 price range in order to compete with the Kindle Fire.  And then perhaps after the two new iPad models are released, and after Apple has been able to analyze the popularity of the 7 inch tablet model, we may see an 7 inch iPad (perhaps the iPad 3?) sometime in 2012.  What do you think?
