Samsung is just going to have to get by a little longer without selling their new premium tablet, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, in Australia for awhile longer.

Apple has won a ruling in Australia’s High Court blocking the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10 Android tablet.

Apple claims that Samsung stole the design of the iPad, and that consumers aren’t going to be able to tell the difference between an iPad and a Galaxy Tab 10.1 when making a purchase.

Samsung was expecting to be able to start selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 this week.  That is, until Apple swooped in and shut them down in court.

The next court update is expected sometime before December 9th.
